Luis is an expert at getting deals underwritten and approved quickly and with very high closing rates. His thorough and extensive prescreening process allows him to assist his clients with all the steps necessary for them to qualify for their loans rapidly. He has been working in the South Florida Market since 1989 and has since established key relationships with local real estate agents, investors, appraisers, and contractors equipping him with the best team to get our deals done.

Nicholas Stanham, Esq.

Founding partner of R&S International Law Group LLP in Miami, Florida.  Mr. Stanham was born in Nassau, Bahamas.  His practice is focused primarily in Real Estate and Corporate structuring for high net worth non-resident clients.   Mr. Stanham has worked closely with local banks and real estate professionals to achieve solutions for their mutual clients.  Mr. Stanham has approximately 20 years of experience in real estate purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties and is an agent for two of the major underwriters of title insurance.

Larry A. Rothenberg, Esq.

Larry has an extensive real estate background having closed an average of 120 transactions per month consisting of purchases, sales, and re-finances during the 1980’s. Larry has represented numerous builders, contractors, and sub-contractors while negotiating loan documents and contracts for various residential and commercial transactions and has tremendous experience in consulting for successful short-sale agreements with lenders and pre-foreclosure agreements. From 2004-2009 his Title Company was honored as one of the top 25 title insurance agents in the state of Florida by its underwriter, Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund.
